turns on a filter in the main capture card pane that blurs the screen, can only turn on filter, will not allow turning off of filter

turns on and off a brigthness filter on the main capture card pane to help viewers see in darker scenes

!pause & !unpause
pauses and unpauses the channel points redeems that can be interruptive, especially good during imporant cut-scenes in games or other important events
